AdventHealth Ocala - Virtual Childbirth Class - June 2025
About this Event
Join us for Childbirth Class where you will learn all about pregnancy in the third trimester and how to prepare and manage your labor. During this course we will meet once a week over 2 weeks. Please note the dates are two consecutive weeks (both weeks will meet at 5:30 pm and end at 7:30 pm). During this time, we will cover topics like the changes your body is going through, preparation for delivery, pain management options, tools and methods available to you during your labor, and how your body will recover after the baby arrives.
Prior to class, you will receive an email with the Microsoft Teams link for the class. You can follow the web-version or download the app for free. If you are no longer able to attend class, kindly cancel your reservation to allow an additional spot to open. If you have any questions, please contact the birth coordinator at Call352-401-8408.
