AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway medical office building opened June 12.
The 30,000-square-foot medical office building is a part of a $167 million investment in Flagler County’s health care and includes construction of a second 100-bed hospital, AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway.

“Opening of our new medical office building is a tremendous milestone for our community,” said Wally De Aquino, president/CEO of AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway. “It will house a range of specialized services, catering to the diverse health care needs of our community. From orthopedics and cardiology to gastrointestinal, surgical, urology, and gynecology, AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway is another opportunity to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care in their hometown.”
The groundbreaking ceremony was hosted in September 2021 for AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway, anticipated to open in August 2023. The new hospital will double the number of number of inpatient beds in Flagler County and nearly double the community’s ER beds.
Together, the new hospital and medical office building will employ between 300 to 500 team members, in addition to the 1,100 at the current hospital location in Palm Coast on State Road 100.
“We continue to recruit exceptional clinicians to our community,” said Denyse Bales-Chubb, president/CEO of AdventHealth Palm Coast and the Flagler/St. Johns market. “We remain committed to serving the health care needs of Palm Coast, Flagler County, and North Florida for years to come.”
The architect for this construction project is HuntonBrady Architects, and the contractor is Robins & Morton.
